Rathore Haveli Residence
Rajendra Singh Rathore Residence — Luxury Rajasthani Haveli
“Reviving the timeless grandeur of Rajputana royalty.” Conceived for Mr. Rajendra Singh Rathore, this luxury Haveli embodies the pinnacle of traditional Rajasthani stonecraft, merging antique palace aesthetics with modern structural resilience.
Standing majestically under the desert sun in Rajasthan, the Rajendra Singh Rathore Residence is a monumental luxury Haveli masterminded, engineered, and executed turnkey by Aura Nirman. Celebrating centuries of Rajput architectural legacy, the residence blends authentic hand-carved natural stone masonry with advanced seismic reinforced structural engineering.
Hand-Carved Dholpur Sandstone Masonry
The entire exterior facade is sculpted from indigenous pink Dholpur sandstone, hand-chiseled by multi-generational Rajasthani master artisans (Sompuras). The surfaces showcase intricately relief-carved friezes, geometric lintel cornices, and traditional fluted bands that patina gracefully with age.
Tiered Jharokhas & Monumental Portico Columns
Flanking the grand entrance are multi-tier semi-circular Jharokhas (cantilevered oriel balconies) featuring cusped scalloped arches and stone brackets designed to capture cooling cross-breezes while offering panoramic views of the estate. A monumental double-height central portico supported by twin fluted columns frames the entrance with regal imperial symmetry.
Fortified Parapets & Corner Burj Turrets
The skyline of the haveli commands attention with traditional Rajput fortified battlements (Kangura merlons), crowned with carved stone crestings and cylindrical corner bastions (Burj), creating a fortress-like sanctuary of quiet luxury, privacy, and enduring legacy.
